My journey on the yoga mat began 10 years ago, and it's been an incredible exploration of strength, flexibility, and inner peace ever since.
Recently, I embarked on the incredible journey of motherhood. Yoga has become my haven to reconnect with myself, discover my "new" body, and find gentle strength during this transformative time.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, I believe everyone can benefit from the magic of yoga. My classes are inclusive, encouraging you to listen to your body, explore your limits, and most importantly, have fun!
So, join me on the mat, and let's embark on this journey of self-discovery together!

Yoga Teacher
Ashita G.
Ashita’s first real encounter with yoga was in 2017, at a yoga studio in Canada. After her first class, she was amazed by how calm and energised she could feel at the same time. As an Indian, she found it ironic that it took a journey halfway across the world to discover her passion for yoga. She now hopes to share the benefits of the practice that has been instrumental in shaping her life on and off the mat.

Yoga Teacher
Bhav
Growing up in the south of India, Bhavana was first exposed to Yoga during childhood as a wellbeing and mindfulness tool. However as the years rolled by and life got “busy”, she lost the connection to regular practice.
It was in 2020, post an episode of illness that she began to embody the benefits of Yoga as a vehicle for movement-based self care and self-inquiry into the body and the mind. This led her to complete a 200-hours Yoga certification program in 2020, and she started running outdoor community sessions in the Beach in 2020, when many of the yoga studios were closed due to the pandemic.
Her goal is to make the benefits of yoga accessible to all, and share her knowledge to promote a sense of well-being in the community.

Yoga Teacher
Wendy Z.
Wendy Zheng began her yoga journey in 2014, initially seeking strength and movement, unaware she was embarking on a path that would transform her life. What started as a workout evolved into a deep exploration of body, mind, and spirit. Wendy found that yoga was more than just poses—it was a way to reconnect inwardly.
As a working mother, Wendy understands the challenges of juggling career and family. Her experiences with burnout and self-discovery revealed yoga as an anchor for healing and resilience. This inspired her to share the practice, not just as a physical discipline but as a tool for cultivating inner strength and grace.
After completing her 200-hour YTT in Bali in 2024, Wendy now teaches to create a compassionate space where yoga meets everyone as they are. She hopes to inspire others, especially those with busy lives, to find healing, joy, and strength, one breath at a time.
